How does your estimating service work? How do I get started?
Simply email through your plans and we will provide a quote and estimated delivery date for your approval prior to commencing our work. Once we complete our estimate, we send through a bespoke “client ready” quotation, an estimating sheet and a video explaining our workings. Have a look at the following video to know more:
How long will a building cost estimate take to complete?
Most projects can be completed in 16 hours depending on complexity and we charge $90 Aud per hour. We will complete your estimate within 5 working days. However if you have a specific time frame in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Why should my business use Matrix Estimating?
