Our “Budget & Trade Package” from $1800 AUD (+GST) (20hrs) and includes:
- Full Cost Analysis: We’ll analyze your plans and present a detailed cost breakdown, suggesting cost-saving options to stay within budget.
- Trade-Specific Bills of Quantities: We’ll categorize costs by trade (plumbers, electricians, carpenter etc.) and provide clear bills of quantities you can use to get competitive quotes from 3 local contractors per trade.
- Quotation Review and Recommendations: We’ll assess quotes based on skill, price, and availability, helping you choose the best contractors for your project.
- Comprehensive Timeline: We’ll provide a complete project timeline encompassing all required work, facilitating your financial planning for the entire build.
Our “Project & Project Kickoff” from $4500 AUD (+GST) (50hrs) and includes:
- Coordinate Trade Bids: We’ll source and send your project specifications (“bill of quantities”) to 3 reputable local contractors in each trade (plumbers, electricians, etc.). This ensures you receive competitive quotes.
- Technical Liaison: We’ll answer any technical questions from the trades to ensure clear communication and accurate project understanding.
- Quote Review & Analysis: We’ll meticulously analyse each trade’s quote, verifying their accuracy, scope of work, and ensuring alignment with your project specifications.
- Budget Reality Check: Based on the received quotes, we’ll refine your initial budget to reflect real-world market costs. This helps you make informed decisions and stay financially on track.
- Draft Construction Schedule: We’ll create a preliminary construction program outlining the sequence of construction phases, estimated timelines, and key milestones.
- Client Handover Meeting & Review: We’ll hold a meeting to present the contractor quotes, our analysis, and the draft construction program. This allows you to ask questions, clarify details, and confidently choose the best contractors for your project.
